You confirm the exact Airtable base before you pay. Refunds are only possible before you start the migration — once it has run, the plan is final. Migrating a different base requires a new plan.

Row data for most bases is ready in a few minutes to about 20 minutes — a recent 50,000-record base finished in around 15. Attachments are then copied to your storage in a separate background step, so a large attachment set never holds up your database being usable.
