By how complex your base is, not by how many records it has. A base with 100,000 records can be simple, and one with 10,000 can be complex, with many links and formulas. So the number of records says little about the work. We cover everything, at every level. Complexity just tells us how much work it needs. We read the structure of your base (tables, fields, links and formulas) and rate it from 1 to 10. Straightforward is 1 to 2, Standard 3 to 4, Involved 5 to 6, Demanding 7 to 8 and Specialist 9 to 10. You can get your rating free in about two minutes. Straightforward is $549, Standard $899, Involved $2,499 and Demanding $4,999, each a fixed one-time price per base. Specialist is a custom quote after a short call.

How much of your base needs a person, and how hard that work is. A low rating means almost everything moves automatically. A high rating means more calculations to rebuild, decisions to make and logic that our engineers build and test by hand. The same base always gets the same rating.

You confirm the exact Airtable base before you pay. Refunds are only possible before you start the migration. Once it has run, the purchase is final. Migrating a different base requires a new purchase.

You continue straight through the wizard: review the schema, then run the migration. You can re-run, fix formulas, or start clean on that same base as many times as you need.

Row data for most bases is ready in a few minutes to about 20 minutes. A recent 50,000-record base finished in around 15. Attachments are then copied to your storage in a separate background step, so a large attachment set never holds up your database being usable.
